We provide digital services and content. Due to the intangible nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided, except as described in this Policy or required by applicable law.
UniMate reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make decisions at its sole discretion.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Purchases of study materials, notes, and other digital files in the Marketplace are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made in cases where:
Lumes is an internal virtual currency with no real monetary value. Purchases of Lumes are final and non-refundable.
Lumes cannot be exchanged back for real money, refunded, or transferred to other users (except for gifting features within the platform).
